Returns Policy


Due to the nature of our print business, all print sales are final. Please ensure the print and size you want are final before ordering. If an error occurs due to processes on our end, we will remedy the issue accordingly.


At Zellerhaus Art our customer’s satisfaction is a top priority. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from purchase date for credit towards a replacement image. All products must be returned in like new (undamaged) condition, in original shipping container and be returned with all accompanying certificates/paperwork you received with your order. You can request a substitute product. Zellerhaus Art does not pay for return shipping fees.


Damaged Artwork

Contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods received at or call 360.207.5697 for return instructions. All Zellerhaus Art products ship insured and will be replaced if received damaged.
