Prints

Print may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the print order. A return shipping label will be sent.

Originals

At Zellerhaus Art our customer’s satisfaction is a top priority. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from purchase date for credit towards a replacement image. All products must be returned in like new (undamaged) condition, in original shipping container and be returned with all accompanying certificates/paperwork you received with your order. You can request a substitute product. Zellerhaus Art does not pay for return shipping fees.

 

Damaged Artwork

Contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods received at orders@zellerhausart.com or call 360.207.5697 for return instructions. All Zellerhaus Art products ship insured and will be replaced if received damaged.
